Lead - Collection - Secured In House

Key Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for Direction Collection of bucket 1 to begin with only and will subsequently takeover additional responsibilities.
Brings good field experience of various geography in India for better understanding of different Challenges in collection.
Has good Analytical knowledge and can be a solution provider.
Good understanding of cost control & cost tracking.
Should have managed teams / indirect teams in the past.
Should be able to find solution for performance improvement and should be open to field visits.
Should have the foresight of setting collection strategies and implementation of HO guideline to the last level for better execution and productivity.
Ensure compliance with regularization.
Smart & Active in follow up for target achievement.
Should serve as deputy to the Head of Collections in their absence.
Education: Post-Graduation
Experience: Minimum 10 Years of experience in handling collections in two-wheeler product.
