partners with some of the world’s largest financial services and insurance
companies to deliver complex, business‐critical implementations. We are looking
for an experienced Lead consultant with strong P&C insurance integration
experience to work closely with our insurance clients, including Japanese
customers. In this role, you will partner with business and technical teams to
shape and deliver integration solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly
defined, traceable, and implemented to meet business objectives. Japanese
language proficiency (JLPT N1 or N2) is required, along with strong stakeholder
management and documentation skills. Job Description Key Responsibilities •
Partner with insurance clients to gather, analyze, and document business and
system requirements related to Guidewire product integrations. • Translate
business needs into functional specifications for technical teams working on
Integration Gateway, App Events, Cloud API, Event Messaging, Batch Processes,
and REST APIs. • Act as a bridge between business and development teams to
support solution design, testing, and deployment of integration solutions. •
Conduct workshops, interviews, and user story sessions to identify pain points,
current workflows, and process gaps. • Validate solution scope, assist in effort
estimation, and support backlog grooming and prioritization in Agile/Scrum
environments. • Collaborate with UX, QA, architects, and SI partners to ensure
solutions align with both technical feasibility and business value. • Prepare
and deliver functional documents, demo scripts, and stakeholder updates,
ensuring clarity and traceability of requirements. • Provide input on solution
design decisions and verify that business requirements are met through effective

and outcomes. Required Skills & Experience • 8–12 years of experience as a
Business Analyst in the P&C insurance space, with a focus on digital and/or
integration projects. • Strong understanding of the P&C InsuranceSuite and its
core capabilities. • Familiarity with integration technologies, including: •
Integration Gateway • App Events • Cloud API • REST APIs • Event Messaging •
Batch Processing • Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or N2) is required. •
Experience handling Japanese clients is required, including day‐to‐day
interactions, requirement discussions, and expectation management. • Strong
problem‐solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Comfortable
working across cross‐functional teams and global time zones, with shift
flexibility as needed. • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including user
story creation, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability. • Bachelor’s
