Key Responsibilities
Lead HVAC & firefighting design engineering activities for AIS/GIS substation projects.
Manage complete MEP engineering delivery from the proposal/pre-bid stage till project execution and commissioning.
Perform and review HVAC heat load calculations, ventilation studies, firefighting hydraulic calculations, and equipment sizing.
Review and approve HVAC/FF system designs, technical specifications, BOQ, vendor drawings, and engineering deliverables.
Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Protection, Telecom, and BIM teams for multidisciplinary engineering integration.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
Lead execution teams and drive engineering productivity, design optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
