Lead Dotnet Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core, Azure Cloud, and React.js to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and full-stack development, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of cloud-native applications using .NET Core and Azure
Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions
Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js
Ensure seamless integration between React.js frontend and .NET backend APIs
Drive performance optimization and scalability improvements across applications
Implement secure authentication using Azure AD, Okta, and MFA
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Ensure code quality through tools like SonarQube and best coding practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for solution delivery
Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices

🔹 Technical Skills Required:
Strong experience in .NET Core and C# development
Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native development
Expertise in Microservices architecture and REST APIs
Strong frontend development experience using React.js
Experience with SQL Server and database design
Knowledge of authentication protocols (Azure AD, Okta, MFA)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps (ADO)
Familiarity with SonarQube and code quality tools.
