Team Lead – AI Projects to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI-enabled applications using .NET Core, SQL Server, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in backend technologies along with experience in integrating AI/ML or Generative AI solutions into enterprise systems.

The role involves leading a team of developers, driving architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers working on AI-driven enterprise applications.
Design and develop scalable backend systems using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C#.
Architect and implement Microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs.
Integrate AI/ML/Generative AI services into enterprise applications.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams for successful project delivery.
Drive technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Ensure application scalability, performance optimization, security, and reliability.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and complex queries.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Monitor project timelines, sprint planning, estimations, and delivery commitments.
Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
