We Are Seeking Applications

Position: Lead Engineer - Telecom Design - Faridabad

Hiring to lead design, integration, testing, and commissioning of all telecom systems for metro rail projects.

Location: Faridabad

Missions/Main Duties

Design and manage fibre optic networks, radio (TETRA/LTE), CCTV, PA, PIS, and access control
Ensure integration with signalling, SCADA, rolling stock, and OCC
Produce and review technical specifications, design reports, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and bill of quantities (BOQ)
Lead FAT, SAT, and system cutovers with minimal service disruption
Manage subcontractors, junior engineers, and technical interfaces
Ensure compliance with railway safety and cybersecurity standards
Pre-Bid Support, Tender Technical Document preparation

Profile/Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

8–15 years’ experience, with 8+ years in metro/rail
Hands-on with IP networking, TETRA/LTE, CCTV, PIS, ACIDS, PAVA, SCADA, Telephone
Knowledge of tunnel/trackside EMC and installation constraints
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
