Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in Power BI Development and Power BI Service Administration. Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI Reports, Dashboards, Semantic Models, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modelling. Good understanding of Microsoft Fabric fundamentals including Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Warehouse, OneLake, and Fabric capacity concepts. Experience in Power BI/Fabric administration activities such as capacities, gateways, workspaces, security models, deployment pipelines, and licensing. Strong knowledge of SQL, DAX, M language, and business intelligence fundamentals. Good understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and enterprise reporting concepts. Exposure to Azure and Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps is an added advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present dashboards and business insights effectively. Manufacturing domain experience is preferred. Microsoft Certified PowerBI Data Analyst Associate or Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, KPI scorecards, reports, and semantic models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Gather business requirements from leadership and functional teams and deliver scalable analytics solutions for decision making. Develop and optimize Power BI datasets, DAX measures, data models, and Power Query transformations. Administer and maintain Power BI Service and Fabric environments including capacities, gateways, workspaces, security, deployment pipelines, governance, and licensing. Modernize and automate existing Excel/manual reporting processes using Power BI, Fabric, and Power Platform solutions. Build and support Fabric-based solutions including Dataflows Gen2, Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake integration, and other emerging Fabric capabilities. Work closely with business and IT teams to support Fabric adoption and promote self-service analytics across the organization.
