Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite What You Will Do Develop and maintain strong expertise in India’s reimbursement ecosystem, including PMJAY, CGHS, ECHS, and key state health schemes. Track and analyze updates in package pricing, empanelment norms, and policy changes impacting medtech access. Map and assess the private payer landscape, including insurers, TPAs, and reimbursement frameworks. Support engagement with private payers to expand coverage and improve reimbursement for advanced technologies. Partner with internal teams to build value dossiers and economic arguments aligned to payer requirements. Assist in generating and consolidating clinical and economic evidence to support access and reimbursement discussions. Contribute to submissions and engagement with bodies such as HTAIn where applicable. Support stakeholder engagement across policymakers, hospital administrators, payers, and industry associations. Generate market intelligence by tracking competitor strategies, pricing caps, and regulatory developments to inform business decisions. What You Need 5–7 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, health policy, or payer engagement. Strong understanding of public health schemes, private insurance landscape, and hospital reimbursement processes in India. Experience working with government bodies, insurers/TPAs, or healthcare consulting firms (preferred). Strong analytical skills with ability to translate policy and reimbursement insights into business impact. Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred). These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
