The Lead Specialist – Customer Deal Desk is responsible for drafting, reviewing,
and managing contractual documents to support Sales-led deal execution.
This is a non-customer-facing role that works behind the scenes to enable Sales
and Legal teams. The role focuses on preparing and redlining contracts for
negotiation and ensuring contract readiness for execution.
The position works closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Legal,
Finance, and Operations to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and
processed within defined timelines.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, solid understanding of
commercial terms, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure,
high-volume environment.
