Job Title: Lead Technical Recruiter – BFSI Hiring
Location: Navi Mumbai (5 Days Work from Office)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Reporting To: Assistant Vice President – Talent Acquisition
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter with strong experience in technology hiring, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain. The role involves end-to-end recruitment ownership, stakeholder management, and driving quality hiring outcomes for mid to senior-level technology mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology mandates across BFSI
Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, networking, and market mapping
Screen profiles for technical fit, domain alignment, and cultural compatibility
Manage candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer closures
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, trackers, and reporting discipline
Build and manage relationships with channel partners/vendors
Contribute to employer branding and talent positioning initiatives
Ensure speed, quality, and closure ratios meet business expectations
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of experience in technology recruitment
Proven experience in hiring for IT roles within BFSI domain (preferred)
Strong understanding of technology skillsets (QA, Testing, automation - banking doman expertise in core, retail, channels, payments cards)
Expertise in Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and market mapping
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
