About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Learning & Development Senior Analyst to join our HR team. This role is ideal for professionals with 4–5 years of experience in learning operations, data management, and stakeholder collaboration, with a passion for enhancing organizational learning practices.

Key Responsibilities
Drive compliance cycles and support audits across L&D processes
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and governance
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
Oversee LMS administration and utilization
Manage L&D inbox and Ask HR portal queries
Track purchase requests for learning initiatives
Perform data management, reporting, and training analytics
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Contribute to learning design improvements
Support training coordination and facilitation

Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in Data Management & Reporting Analytics
Hands-on experience in Learning & Development and Training Delivery
Knowledge of Compliance & Audit processes
Proficiency in LMS platforms & digital learning tools
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4–5 years of experience in L&D or HR Operations
Experience with LMS tools, onboarding programs, and training analytics
