The Learning Program Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation and delivery of digital learning programs across global markets. This role combines partner onboarding and enablement, project management, learning program analysis, and performance reporting to drive measurable learner and partner outcomes.
The role operates at the intersection of program delivery, learning design and partner success, ensuring high-quality implementation, strong stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end program implementation, from offering design through onboarding, execution and reporting.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams (content, platform, operations and regional stakeholders) to ensure delivery alignment.
Manage multiple workstreams and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
2. Learning Program Implementation
Execute deployment of digital learning programs and experiences through partners.
Design implementation plans to include learning content that is aligned to the global strategy and that meets market and audience needs.
Ensure programs align with learner outcomes (engagement, completions, credentials).
3. Partner & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organisations, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.
Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing operational support.
Build strong relationships across NPOs, educational institutions, training providers, and government entities.
Facilitate communication, issue resolution, and continuous alignment with stakeholders.
4. Performance Management & Reporting
Define, track and report on program KPIs (learner engagement, completions, certifications, partner performance).
Analyse data to identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and provide feedback.
5. Training & Enablement
Ensure enablement of partners with tools, resources, and best practices to maximise program impact.
Support partners so they succeed in their learning adoption and learner engagement initiatives.
6. Global Coordination
Collaborate within a global delivery model, sharing best practices and learnings.
Adapt execution approaches to different cultural, language, and market contexts.
Required Competencies
Strong project management expertise with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Ability to analyse performance data and generate actionable insights.
Understanding of digital learning ecosystems, instructional design, and learning technologies.
Experience with digital tools and platforms for learning, reporting, and KPI tracking.
Familiarity with domains such as AI, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, and employability skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in program/project management, learning implementation, or digital transformation roles.
Experience working with partners such as non-profit, academia, or training providers.
Exposure to global or multi-market program delivery preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, Technology, or similar).
