Eligibility

Law students currently in 2nd to 4th year (5-year law course) or equivalent

Skills Required

Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Legal research and documentation skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, data management, reporting)
Familiarity with license management and maintaining compliance trackers
Live management/monitoring of licenses and agreements
Exposure to compliance tools and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
