About the Role:

We are seeking a Life Insurance Business Analyst with 7 to 10 years of overall Business Analysis experience.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Life Insurance domain.

Domain Expertise Required

Life Insurance business with strong understanding of:
Agent lifecycle (onboarding, hierarchy, commissions, incentives)
Policy administration (New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Servicing).
Home Office operations.
Underwriting processes (manual & automated, risk rules, decision workflows).
Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and operational impacts in Life Insurance.
Strong Life Insurance domain knowledge (Agent, Policy, Home Office, Underwriting)
Excellent experience in Agile / Scrum delivery model
Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted Business Analysis practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in parallel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on Policy Administration Systems (PAS)
Exposure to digital insurance transformation or modernization programs
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven requirements
BA certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA (preferred)
