Job Profile:
Own and drive growth for Gujarat & MP region alongside one key category (electronics/ education / lifestyle/ Fitness, etc.)
Identify, onboard, and scale merchant partnerships across Gujarat & MP
Build strong relationships with regional brands, retailers, and key accounts
Drive revenue through offers, co-funded campaigns, and affordability solutions (EMI, etc.)
Create and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with partners
Lead commercial negotiations and close strategic deals
Ensure strong in-store visibility and local activation to drive footfall and conversions
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, ops) for execution
Track category and merchant performance; optimize for growth and ROI
What We’re Looking For:
3 to 6 years of experience in Alliances, affordability exposure, Partnerships, Business Development, or Category Management
Strong exposure to Gujarat & MP merchant ecosystem
Proven track record of driving revenue and managing key accounts
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to manage both category strategy and on-ground merchant execution
Fluency in Gujarati and English preferred
Experience in BFSI / fintech / retail / e-commerce is a plus
