Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager to lead client engagements in the Consumer & Retail sector, driving strategy, transformation, and performance improvement initiatives. The role requires strong problem-solving, client management, and team leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Delivery Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across strategy & execution:
• Growth strategy (market entry, Diversification, category expansion)
• Market assessment & Go-to-market strategy
• Sales Acceleration
• Performance Improvement (Cost optimization & margin improvement)
• Operating model transformation
• Digital & omnichannel transformation Translate business problems into structured frameworks and actionable insights Own quality of deliverables, ensuring strong storytelling and executive-ready outputs Client Management
• Act as a primary day-to-day client interface
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CXOs, business heads)
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor team members (Analysts / Associates / Sr. Associates)
• Drive work planning, delegation, and review cycles
• Build a high-performance team culture Business Development Support proposal development, Query responses, and pitch presentations Contribute to thought leadership in Consumer & Retail (POVs, whitepapers)
Preferred Experience:
5–10 years of experience in:
• Management consulting OR • Strategy roles in Consumer / Retail companies
