About the role
The Manager Governance – IMPACT (Innovation Management, Process excellence And Continuous Transformation) owns IMPACT governance, standards, and orchestration to ensure consistent intake, prioritisation, and value tracking across transformation initiatives. The role will be based out of our global hub at Hyderabad. It reports into the Director – IMPACT (Process & Operations Excellence), GBS.
Your responsibilities
Design and govern IMPACT standards, frameworks, and controls
Coordinate demand intake and prioritisation with PMO and Value Realization Office
Track initiative performance and benefits realisation
Ensure consistency and compliance with OneGBS operating model
Enable transparent reporting and executive decision making
The experience we're looking for
10+ years in governance, transformation, continuous improvements and portfolio management roles
Experience operating enterprise governance and controls
Strong coordination across cross‑functional stakeholders
Comfort working with senior leadership forums
Experience working in complex, matrixed, GBS, or global organizations
Governance & portfolio management
