Main Accountabilities:
Strategic and operational support to Finance & Capability leaders (Level 5/6 and below) located in BBS Mohali.
Align HR services to support Business/Functional Strategies, and responsible for driving day to day HR service delivery
Implement country/site specific HR programs and policies and ensure understanding and adherence of local and global policies.
Lead/support labor relations and all employment policies, practices and processes.
Capture, implement and execute the workforce plan.
Partner across COE and Shared Service Centers to drive all HR operational activities (recruiting; payroll; training; benefits programs).
Performance management and year-end process management.
Managing the entire life cycle, from onboarding to departure, providing high quality of human resources services to the managers and employees.
Provide visibility to businesses/functions on key talent and assist in the talent review process.
Education & Experience:
Full-time postgraduate qualification in Human Resources with 8-10 years of overall experience, including mandatory exposure to a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) role within a global organization; GCC experience preferred.
Strong communication and strategic skills with the ability to analyze, design, and execute HR programs and initiatives.
Effective communicator with expertise in both written reporting and verbal presentations.
Quick decision-maker with sound judgment, resilience, and ability to work in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Proven ability to perform and deliver in challenging, fast-paced environments.
Innovative mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives.
