Manager- IT (Project Management)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project / Program Monitoring, Governance &License Compliance
2. IT Governance / Portfolio presentations and MIS reporting.
3. Supporting Project managers to monitor, track and report project critical activities and resources
4. Participate in Status review meetings for critical projects and assist Project team to be compliant to reporting requirements
5. Prepare, Review and present Periodic IT Portfolio status, monthly MIS reports, IT Projects status reports for Senior Leadership
6. Collate IT procurement reports to map against the Project Budgets and Utilization.
7. License Monitoring and reporting for Strategic and Critical Systems, coordinating License usage reports from SPoCs and monitoring against the Entitlements
8. Periodic Reviews of IT PMO guidelines, Induction Manual, IT PMO related SOPs & IT PMO actions against the expiring Contracts / Warranty renewals.
9. Support Business case preparation and review for new IT initiatives for application implementations, upgrades, special projects and renewals
10. Coordinating & Supporting other IT-PMO activities with the team
