Manager - Procurement

Primary Responsibilities Procurement Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key raw materials (solar cells,
glass, EVA, Backsheet, junction boxes, etc.).
* Forecast material requirements in coordination with production and planning
teams.

Vendor Management: 
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers (domestic &
international).
* Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and
delivery.

Cost Optimisation & Negotiation:
* Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery
timelines.
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.

Compliance & Documentation:
* Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs duties, and
relevant certifications.
* Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and performance reports.

Cross-functional Coordination
* Work closely with production, planning, finance, and QA/QC departments to
align procurement goals.
* Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and BOM (Bill of Materials) updates as
needed.
