Key Responsibilities:
Product Content Strategy Development:
Participate in the annual planning process to align with the brand objectives
Develop and execute product content strategies that align with product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Create content calendars that ensure timely, relevant, and engaging content across various platforms that also delivers as per the objectives
Ensure consistency of product messaging across all content touchpoints (website, social media, blogs, etc.).
Product Asset Development:
Lead the creation of product packaging designs, manuals, guides, and any other print, digital assets or fixtures to support product marketing.
Lead the development and production of high-quality product assets, including product photography, videos, 360-degree views, product demonstrations, and other multimedia assets.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors & agencies to produce product-specific visual assets for use across e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
Write clear, persuasive, and compelling product copy, including descriptions, key selling points, and technical specifications for websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with the Buying, QA, and Sales teams to ensure content accurately reflects the product's value proposition and resonates with target audiences.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with campaigns and promotional strategies.
Provide content support for product-related campaigns, including product launches, social media, and influencer marketing.
Content Management & Maintenance:
Manage the content lifecycle, ensuring content is regularly updated and relevant as products evolve and new features are released.
Maintain an organized content library, ensuring all product content is easily accessible for internal stakeholders.
Ensure all product content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand identity.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and measure the success of product content (click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement metrics, etc.) and report on key performance indicators.
Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to incorporate customer insights and FAQs into product content.
Continuously refine content strategy based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
