About The Role

This isn’t a typical Product Training & Sales Enablement role. You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer.

You will be a part of the business team and responsible for bridging the gap between our product ecosystem (Spot, Futures, Options and others) and the customer’s need for wealth creation, while ensuring our sales teams are hitting volume and retention targets efficiently. You will need to ensure that human-assisted sales evolves in step with AI-led customer journeys and ensures that business teams deliver customer-first yet compliant solutions. You will need to design and institutionalize a consultative, AI-enabled assisted sales system that drives consistent, high-trust customer conversations while improving conversion, quality, and long-term customer value.

What You’ll Do

Make the Product Sales Playbook

Playbook & Asset Creation: Develop and maintain up-to-date sales collateral, including product playbooks, competitor battle cards, email templates, objection-handling scripts, and pitch decks.
Make a Consultative sales playbook across all sales teams, which reduces performance variance across teams
Work with Team Leaders to improve their structured coaching capabilities
Effective objection-handling approaches
Help define the assisted sales success profile influencing hiring and onboarding for sales teams

On-the-Job Training (OJT) & Coaching

You will accompany the sales team on calls, correct pitches in real-time, enforce digital adoption (CRM), and drive excellence in closures and servicing
Real-time Feedback: Provide immediate, actionable feedback after calls regarding body language, objection handling, and product explanation.
Call Listening & Audits: Listening to live / recorded calls and suggest improvements accordingly

Content Delivery & Classroom Training

Product Knowledge: Simplify complex financial products into easy-to-sell concepts.
Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales pitches adhere to internal guidelines to prevent miss-selling.
Regulatory Confidence: Equip the team to confidently handle Virtual Digital Assets Taxation and Compliance

You’ll Excel in This Role If You

Have a Career Profile with 5+ years in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, B2B Sales, or a Product Coaching role, preferably within FinTech or BFSI industries.
Have a deep understanding of consultative selling and behaviour change
Possess a strong analytical capability with comfort working with CRM tools, dashboards and conversation intelligence tools
Have a demonstrated expertise in working with Financial Products. Prior experience as a sales team leader is a plus
Are a Systems thinker who can design scalable frameworks, not just deliver training

You’ll Know You’re Winning When

Drive Product Adoption: % of users/partners cross-sold into other products (e.g., moving a Spot trader to trade in Futures or Options)
You drive growth in ATV (average trading volume) per RM/Sales agent
You drive a significant improvement in Sales conversions by the BD / KAM teams
You significantly improve closure TATs and customer / partner retention through implementation of Sales Transformation processes
