Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manager - Supply Chain Solutions in Chennai, India. What a typical day looks like: Drive design and deployment of solutions in the Demand Management , Sales Inventory & operations planning functions To Execute projects related to Demand planning, Inventory & Cost control/reduction Be a SME in planning solutions The Job responsibility includes identifying the process/solution gaps and focus on continuous improvements to overcome the solution challenges and works towards enhancing the solution/product Execute POCs to validate new Supply chain solutions (AI/Analytics driven use cases) Establish Project Plans; Manage project from initiation to delivery and ensure the compliance of the solution Review and maintain Project Plan as needed and report weekly project progress and risks Create and/or update Training Documentation, Knowledge base, E-learning training modules for End Users. Coordinate and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) related to Enhancements and Bug Fixes with Business Groups/Sites. Support business enablement by responding to customers specific planning requirements and escalations Support Global/Regional teams' initiatives in driving Demand Management /APS system utilization, standardization & planning process simplification, global stakeholder mgmt.. Data & Performance Analytics. Provide timely reports and metrics , Willing / upgrade to learn on a continuous basis Provide/Request advice to Project Team and Supply Chain Solutions Management to achieve goals in accordance with established policies and project scope. Conduct presentations and training to Project Team and Management as needed. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Must be a graduate Overall, 12 to 15 years’ experience with strong Demand Planning Have strong Product/application development/management in the area of Demand / Forecast Management, Planning, APS(Kinaxis) and ERP (Baan) planning knowledge Strong passion to drive changes / standardization Have good experience in Planning and/or Supply Chain Management Good in SQL, any planning tools Good knowledge in MS-office (excel - Macros, Reports analysis and Metrics building) Strong in requirement gathering, gap analysis & solutioning in the area of Demand & Supply planning application Ability to manage global stakeholders Must possess strong English communication, Negotiation and Project self-driven skills, problem solving & structured thinking Good team player APICS or other SC certification is a plus Need to be prepared to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zones What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: Health Insurance PTO #LI-RR1 RR03 Job Category Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.
