JD – Manual Testing - Payments
Experience: 2-5 Years (Preferred)

Location: Mumbai

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Domestic Banking Payment Systems and International Banking Practices.
Hands-on experience with domestic payment channels including:
NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer)
RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement)
IMPS (P2P, P2A, A2A)
UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Payment Gateways
BillDesk
SFMS (Structured Financial Messaging System)
Good knowledge of SWIFT Messaging Standards and International Payments.
Experience working with SWIFT MT message formats including:
MT103 – Customer Credit Transfer
MT202 – Financial Institution Transfer
MT940 – Customer Statement Message
MT942 – Interim Transaction Report
MT111 – Request for Stop Payment
MT112 – Status of Request for Stop Payment
Understanding of end-to-end payment processing lifecycle, reconciliation, settlements, and transaction monitoring.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Experience working with Banking/Payments applications and stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to domestic and international payment systems.
Support implementation and enhancement of payment processing solutions.
Validate payment workflows, message formats, and transaction processing logic.
Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and technology teams for requirement clarification and solution delivery.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, payment standards, and SWIFT messaging protocols.
Participate in testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support activities.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
