Marketing Data Manager Location: Hyderabad This is an office‑first role. Working
together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment,
enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office,
with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).
Intro summary of the role The Marketing Data Manager is a Bioscience-specific
role responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and effective use of
marketing data across marketing and enterprise systems. This role is scoped to
Bioscience only and does not cover CDMO. It maintains high data quality and
implements data governance to ensure consistent, compliant, and actionable
customer data, while also owning customer data segmentation, campaign
performance reporting and analysis, and the delivery of insights and
recommendations to support marketing strategies. What you will get An agile

Management & Quality Oversee the collection, organization, and storage of
marketing data to maintain high quality and integrity across all systems
(marketing automation, CRM, CMS, ERP, lead capture tools, Google Analytics /GTM,
and others) to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting. Collaborate closely
with system/product owners, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to confirm
requirements in line with best practices. Coordinate system updates and changes
across platforms to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and uninterrupted data
flow. 2. Data Governance & Quality Management Act as a key point of contact for
reported data quality issues. Perform initial investigation and root-cause
analysis of data issues, triage to relevant digital team(s) as needed, and track
resolution progress. Communicate status updates and outcomes to stakeholders who
reported issues. Help maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and data
definitions. 3. Campaign & Marketing Operations Support Segment customer data to
support accurate targeting Support with preparation, validation, and cleanup of
customer data prior to manual list uploads in Marketo. Support enhancing data
quality and completeness using tools such as ZoomInfo. Support with testing of
campaigns and monitoring data flow to ensure data is captured and passed
correctly across systems. Support troubleshooting and resolution of issues
related to: Marketing automation and nurture campaigns, Tradeshow lead capture
systems & Campaign tracking and reporting. 4. Reporting & Analytics Analyze
customer data and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and
recommendations for optimization. Work with marketing teams to optimize campaign
performance. 5. Process, Tools & Enablement Support the development and updating
of processes, tools, and SOPs related to customer data management. Assist with
training and enablement of stakeholders to promote correct and consistent data
usage. Promote best practices in data handling, documentation, and crossteam
