About The Role

This is not a coordination-only role. This is active MEP execution ownership.

We are looking for a highly proactive MEP Engineer who can take full responsibility for electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and HVAC execution for a luxury residential project in Anjuna, North Goa.

You will be responsible for ensuring all MEP works are executed correctly, coordinated effectively with civil and finishing teams, tested thoroughly, and delivered without delays, rework, or quality issues.

If you cannot coordinate multiple services, identify clashes before execution, manage MEP contractors aggressively, and ensure installations are right the first time — this role is not for you.
