Job Title: Merchandiser - Beauty
Sales & Business Performance:
Track Sales performance against budgets & KPIs
Drive initiatives to improve sell through, conversion & category contribution
Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through activations, events, CRM, campaigns, Promotions
Prepare Weekly, monthly business reviews with actionable insights
Tracking of Budgets & closely monitory ROI, Spends
Data Analysis & projection basis inputs on campaigns, KSMs, activations
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with cross functional teams like marketing, CRM, Supply chain, finance, Operations
Collaborate on campaigns, launches, promotions & customer engagement
Smooth communication between brand principals & internal stakeholders
Collaborate with Retail Operations:
Ensure timely product launches & in store execution
Coordinate with store Operations teams to maintain VM standards, tester Hygiene & stock availability
Support store teams with education & training by working closely with brand teams
Monitor store wise productivity & recommend corrective actions
Merchandise planning & inventory management
Work closely with brand partners on product launches, assortment & availability
Develop merchandise plans aligned with targets
Monitor inventory levels, stock health, sell through & aging inventory
