Key responsibilities
• Design and deliver micro-interactions and transitions for app and web (exported as Lottie/Rive, integrated with engineering)
• Create short-form video for social — Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn
• Produce animated explainers for product features, claims process, and policy education
• Develop performance ad creatives with motion — Meta, YouTube pre-roll, programmatic display • Collaborate with Brand Lead to define motion principles in brand guidelines
• Build a reusable motion library (Lottie JSON files, After Effects templates)
• Support product designers with animated prototypes for user testing and stakeholder demos

Must-have skills After Effects | Lottie / LottieFiles | Figma | Premiere Pro | UI motion principles | Storyboarding
Good to have Rive | Spline / 3D | Cinema 4D or Blender | Character animation | Basic sound design
Portfolio requirements Must include at least: one UI micro-interaction, one brand/explainer video, one social ad creative.
