As the Deputy Manager for Support Commercial Sales Flooring, you will lead the commercial sales function and drive business development within your assigned area. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen to develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities. Leveraging your extensive product knowledge, you will effectively promote and sell our flooring solutions to commercial clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners will be crucial to expanding our market reach. Your focus on customer centricity will ensure that client needs are met promptly and professionally. You will utilize Salesforce to monitor sales activities and provide insightful reports to management. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and lead a high-performing sales team. Your ability to resolve conflicts and foster a culture of entrepreneurship will be key to driving innovation and achieving business growth.
