This position is based in Ahmedabad, IN, and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week. Overview: The NetSuite Administrator will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing NetSuite as the core ERP platform supporting the Revenue Systems ecosystem. This role will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Deal Desk, and IT to ensure NetSuite configurations, integrations, and workflows support accurate quoting, billing, revenue recognition, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Administer and support NetSuite ERP, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and performance Support order‑to‑cash processes including billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition Maintain NetSuite configurations (roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards) Act as primary support for NetSuite users across Revenue, Finance, and Operations Support system integrations, testing, upgrades, and documentation Partner with Revenue Systems on automation and process improvements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field 3–5+ years of NetSuite administration experience, ideally in a SaaS environment Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, reporting, roles, and permissions Exposure to revenue and finance processes (billing, subscriptions, revenue recognition) Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills NetSuite certifications a plus Nice to Have Skills: Experience supporting Revenue Systems at a B2B SaaS company Experience as a Salesforce Admin Experience with Mulesoft for Salesforce and enterprise system integrations Familiarity with SOX controls, audit support, or financial compliance Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones Exposure to legal technology or professional services SaaS platforms Why Join Litera?
