As an MV RAN Optimization Engineer 2 at Nokia, you will ensure optimal
performance across our radio networks (5G/4G/3G/2G) through comprehensive KPI
monitoring and targeted optimization initiatives. You will lead site- and
cluster-level engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams and
directly engaging with customers to establish performance objectives. This role
involves identifying performance gaps, implementing long-term enhancement
strategies, and validating improvements, all aimed at enhancing user experience
and network quality. Ideal candidates possess expertise in multi-vendor RAN
performance management and strong analytical skills, with a focus on achieving
sustainable network optimization.
