We’re Hiring: Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive (Work From Home)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our online presence and brand reputation across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor brand mentions across Google Reviews, Practo, social media, and forums
Respond to all reviews and queries within defined TAT (15–60 mins for priority cases)
Handle patient concerns related to treatment, pricing, and timelines
Manage end-to-end complaint resolution with internal teams
Maintain and improve ratings across platforms
Track daily performance (TAT, sentiment, closures) and share reports
Automation & Process Efficiency
Use tools like Google Sheets, CRM, or ORM platforms to maintain trackers and workflows
Set up basic automation for alerts (negative mentions, high-priority cases)
Create response templates and macros to improve speed and consistency
Assist in building simple workflows (API/Zapier/CRM-based) to streamline repetitive tasks
Support bulk response handling during high-volume spikes
Reporting & Tracking
Track daily performance (TAT, sentiment, closures)
Maintain structured logs of all interactions
Share daily/weekly reports with insights
