Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant2 Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including: Core HR Compensation Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Grade & Grade Rate structures Support implementation of 4D pay range structures: LDG Job Family Job Function Grade Assist in compensation benchmarking and pay transparency initiatives. Participate in requirement gathering, CRPs, testing, and user workshops. Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities. Technical Responsibilities Configure and support: DFF/EFF Fast Formula BI Publisher / OTBI reports HDL/HSDL data loads Approval workflows Support ORC customization for: Automated salary fetching Job-based requisition logic Background concatenation rules Assist in integration and data migration activities. Perform unit testing, SIT support, and defect resolution. Exposure to Redwood UI and Oracle HCM latest features. Experience working with market compensation data and reporting. Understanding of HR compliance and audit reporting.
