About the role In this role, you will be part of the Credit team responsible for managing and improving existing Credit management processes in Dyson. The role is based in India and the person will report directly to Credit Manager located in DBS Poland. Responsibilities: Supporting the Credit team and interacting with the Market Finance Directors and Sales team on customers credit limit issues and escalations Preparing global credit reporting, statistics and trend performance and presents the results to the Credit Manager for review/input Assessing insurance cover, requesting increases whatever needed and auditing unused insurance covers and propose releasing them as appropriate Participating in all engagements with insurers/brokers to forge productive relationships and endeavor to influence behaviors to meet business needs Monitoring compliance to GBS Credit Policy and actively trying to find ways to improve it Having thorough understanding of the processes related to the Credit Control. Ensuring all credit related reporting is meaningful and accompanied by appropriate commentaries that explain results/variances Ensuring all credit related data is up to date both in SAP and outside of it. This applies to credit limit values, expiration dates, risk categories, collateral databases (LCs, BGs), data in our external financial analysis providers (Moody’s Credit Catalyst). About you Experience as a Credit Analyst or similar role in a global organization will be an asset University degree (Business / Finance / Economy / Management) Strong knowledge of credit related accountancy practices, financial controls and compliance obligations/audit requirements Ability to analyse financial and operating statistics and provide meaningful feedback Experience of governing credit risk in an evolving high-pressure environment Clear and concise communication (verbal and written) with the ability to forge effective/collaborative relationships throughout the business, with business partners and with external contacts alike A knowledge of SAP S4 HANA will be an asset Benefits At Dyson, Reward goes beyond just salary and bonuses.
