We are looking for a results-driven and Analyst to be able to create and manage reports and dashboards, analyze data and provide meaningful insights for leadership team. The focus area will be end to end order to cash cycle including order data, credit evaluation, credit order hold and release, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application. The role will focus on leveraging data analytics and reporting to improve cash flow, reduce risk, and drive process efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Results-driven OTC Analyst responsible for creating, managing, and enhancing reports and dashboards
Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into O2C performance
Perform trend and variance analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to improve process efficiency
Support cash forecasting through analysis of historical trends and collection patterns
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports
Assist in audit requests and compliance reporting related to O2C processes
Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on key O2C metrics such as DSO, aging, collections, billing accuracy, and dispute trends
Develop dashboards and performance trackers for leadership review
Perform trend and variance analysis to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Support cash flow forecasting using historical data and collection trends
Drive automation and efficiency in reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, MSTR, Incorta, Oracle, Oracle cloud)
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements across the O2C cycle
Support standardization and automation initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
4–7 years of experience in O2C processes (Order Management, Credit, AR, Collections)
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
