Job Descriptions

Experience: At least 7 to 13 years of experience working with Pega
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Certification: Certified as a Senior System Architect (CSSA) in Pega version 7.x or 8.x
CSSA Certification should have been completed at least 4 to 5 years ago

Development Expertise: Proven experience in development with focus on:
Case Management, Data Management
Authentication and Authorization including RBAC, ABAC etc.
Knowledge of various studios and their purpose
Routing including flow actions, SLA Management
Key Rules such as Data Pages, System Settings, Activities, Data Transforms etc
Background processing – with knowledge of Queue Processors, Job Schedulers
Reports, BIX and Sub-reports etc
Declarative processing
Principles of Low Code No Code

Deployment Knowledge: DevOps Concepts
Branching strategy, revision management
Knowledge of experience of Pega Deployment Manager

Nice-To Have Requirements: Industry Experience: Practical experience with one or more Pega industry frameworks such as Customer Service / Smart Investigate / Smart Disputes / Sales Automation etc
UI/UX Knowledge: Familiar with front-end technologies like React, Angular, Vue with strong foundation of HTML 5 / Node JS
Performance and Optimization: Advanced skills in performance tuning, application monitoring, and database management
