🔹 Role Summary
Looking for a Performance Test Engineer with strong JMeter expertise, along with Salesforce (SFDC) and Automation knowledge, and solid experience in stakeholder/team management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design and execute performance testing using JMeter
Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks
Work on Salesforce (SFDC) applications performance testing
Support automation initiatives and integrate testing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Manage communication with multiple teams and ensure delivery timelines
Prepare performance reports and recommendations

🔹 Required Skills
Strong experience in Performance Testing & JMeter
Good knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC)
Hands-on Automation knowledge (any tool)
Strong stakeholder & team management skills
Good understanding of performance tuning, analysis & monitoring
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
