Pickers and Packers

Key Responsibilities

Pick products from shelves as per order list / handheld scanner
Pack items safely and securely to avoid transit damage
Verify product quantity, SKU, and quality before packing
Label packages correctly for dispatch
Assist in loading and unloading of goods
Maintain stock arrangement and support inventory checks
Follow warehouse safety guidelines and SOPs
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and 5S standards in the warehouse
Support supervisors in daily operational activities
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

Required Skills

Basic reading and understanding of order sheets
Attention to detail and accuracy
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move products during shifts
Teamwork and discipline
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Basic mobile/handheld scanner usage preferred

Strong candidates typically demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and communication skills for reading order slips and following instructions.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 10th / Plus Two / Any Degree
Freshers can apply
Experience in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or e-commerce is an added advantage
Male candidates preferred for warehouse operations (if applicable as per business need)

Shift Details

Rotational shifts / Day shifts
Weekly off as per roster
Overtime opportunities may be available during peak operations
