The Police & Liaison officer will manage and coordinate all law enforcement, regulatory, and legal interface activities for the IT organization
Responsibilities
Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Structured, compliant, and timely engagement with police and statutoryauthorities
Reduction of operational, reputational, and legal risks
Professional handling of incidents, investigations, notices, and court matters
Support to Site Security Head, Corporate Security, Legal, HR, and Compliance teams
Business continuity with minimal disruption to IT operations
All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Grduate Law enforcement (retired police officer – Inspector/DSP level or above) with experince into Security consulting with proven police & legal liaison exposure
Criminal procedure basics
Police investigation processes
FIR, notice, summons handling
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Working Conditions:
