Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) modules.
Design proof-of-concept solutions that address specific client requirements and use cases.
Sales Enablement
Assist the sales team in crafting responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other formal client requests.
Consultative Engagement
Collaborate with sales teams to develop persuasive proposals and articulate value propositions aligned with client objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering industry best practices and guidance on how D365 F&O can drive operational efficiency.
Participate in scoping workshops to define project objectives, deliverables, and boundaries.
Solution Design
Partner with technical teams to establish solution architecture and integration plans.
Provide recommendations on configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet business needs.
Ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations while staying within budget and time constraints.
