Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Solution Lead to support the sales team by designing and presenting tailored technology solutions to prospective clients. This role bridges business requirements and technical capabilities, ensuring proposed solutions align with client needs and organizational offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and business challenges
Design scalable, cost-effective, and innovative solutions aligned with client needs
Lead technical discussions, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
Prepare high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation
Conduct solution architecture reviews and feasibility assessments
Collaborate with delivery, product, and engineering teams to ensure solution viability
Provide effort estimation, solution costing, and risk assessment
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings
Support PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and pilot implementations

Required Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in handling large enterprise deals and complex RFPs
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience with AI practices, including familiarity with modern AI tools, methodologies, and real-world applications, is preferred
Familiarity with multiple domains such as Digital, Data, Cloud, or Enterprise Applications
