Job Title Principle Engineer Purpose The Principal Engineer (PE) role requires advanced technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and effective communication. This position focuses on promoting best practices, improving processes, solving complex problems, and ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle. A Principal Engineer acts as a catalyst for team success by advocating for best practices, supporting continuous learning, and helping teams adopt efficient and secure development methods. Key Responsibilities Guide teams in applying best practices and producing high-quality, secure code. Organize training sessions to address code quality, vulnerabilities, and security concerns. Assist teams in analyzing and resolving complex engineering problems, performance issues, and risk mitigation. Lead initiatives to improve quality and performance, such as early testing, proactive maintenance, and compliance with security standards and regulations. Strong experience in C++/Python Or Java. Capabilities and Expectations Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Ability to guide and support teams in investigating and resolving complex engineering challenges. Proven ability to influence and facilitate adoption of new practices and tools. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, emerging trends, and their impact on software development. Strong presentation and teaching skills to support team growth and knowledge sharing.
