Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized customer accounts within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Manager and Director-level decision-makers. Understand customer business needs, challenges, and objectives to recommend tailored solutions. Promote and sell a broad portfolio of products and technically complex solutions. Drive revenue growth by maximizing product penetration across existing accounts and acquiring new customers. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and support) to deliver end-to-end solutions. Negotiate pricing and manage margins with reasonable flexibility while ensuring profitability. Provide ongoing account support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts. Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance against targets. What we are looking for ? Proven experience in B2B sales / account management, preferably handling mid-sized accounts Experience in selling complex or multi-solution offerings Demonstrated ability to engage with mid to senior-level stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
