Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Planning Analysis professional with
strong exposure to management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial
planning within the Oil & Gas / Oilfield Services industry. The role will be
responsible for driving financial performance, supporting business decisions,
ensuring compliance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve
profitability and operational efficiency.

Experience Required

* 5–10 years of experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, and Financial
Reporting
* Prior experience in Oil & Gas / Oilfield Services industry is mandatory
* Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
* Experience working with government tenders / commercial bids
* Hands-on experience with Oracle HFM / ERP systems
* Strong experience in GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal audit controls
* Experience working in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment
