Product Owner Data

The Product Owner Data is accountable for the end-to-end design, ingestion, delivery, and accessibility of one IT product or several IT assets, ensuring they meet business use cases across local and global scopes and ensures alignment with DCP vision and governance, while driving data quality, documentation, and coordination between business, support, and technical stakeholders.
The Product Owner Data reports to the Head of Data Assets on the Data Hub Services team.

Responsibilities:

Realize the roadmap and the supervision of the projects by ensuring their realization.
Write functional requirements in business processes.
Participate in and facilitate product committees.
Be responsible for the user stories redaction.
Manage the maintenance of the product backlog and sprint backlog.
Manage the quality analysis / User Interface.
Manage the product of governance and align with Global IS&T processes and Governance evolution.
Ensure compliance with Sodexo policies in terms of security, quality, development, and sub-contracting.
Follow the budget allocated to his/her product or assets. Evaluates and recommends IT investment to be able to deliver.
Need to align with all stakeholders in terms of deployment plan.
Manage communication and relationships with all stakeholders, including identification of escalations if necessary.

Required Skills:

Master's degree, business school or engineering school,
Total 8-10 years of experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management or a related role.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI).
Excellent data project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Broad functional exposure (Retail…)
Experience in international environments and matrix organizations.

Knowledge of relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, etc.)
Fluent in English, French is a +
