Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer with strong experience in .NET, SQL Server, and Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining production applications, troubleshooting issues, optimizing database performance, and ensuring system availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET-based applications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
Analyze application and database issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
Perform SQL query tuning and optimization to improve application performance.
Support and maintain Azure SQL databases and related cloud services.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and deployments.
Conduct impact analysis and support release management activities.
Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call support and incident management processes as required.

Required Skills

Strong experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL.
Hands-on experience in Production Support environments.
Proficiency in .NET / C# applications.
Expertise in SQL query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Experience working with Azure cloud services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
