Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning
Deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral-level courses.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and presentations.
Maintain academic quality and learning outcomes.
2. Research & Publications
Conduct high-quality research in the relevant academic field.
Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
Write books, book chapters, patents, and case studies.
Apply for research grants, funded projects, and consultancy assignments.
Guide research scholars (Ph.D./M.Tech./Masters students).
3. Student Mentoring & Guidance
Mentor students for academic and career development.
Supervise dissertations, theses, internships, and projects.
Support students in placements, higher studies, entrepreneurship, and competitions.
Address academic and personal concerns when required.
4. Curriculum Development
Design and revise curriculum as per industry and academic standards.
Introduce interdisciplinary and outcome-based education practices.
Ensure alignment with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
5. Academic Administration
Participate in departmental and institutional committees.
Support accreditation activities .
Assist in academic planning, timetable preparation, and policy implementation.
Maintain academic records and documentation.
6. Industry Collaboration & Outreach
Build collaborations with industry, research organizations, and academic partners.
Facilitate internships, live projects, consultancy, and guest lectures.
Organize workshops, FDPs, seminars, conferences, and industry interactions.

Education:
PhD in Computer Science or a closely related discipline from a reputed institution

Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years of academic and research experience.
Demonstrated track record of funded research projects, high-quality publications, and doctoral supervision.
Proven experience in academic leadership and research mentoring.
