Job Description: Profisee MDM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Profisee MDM resource in our Chennai Office, to design and implement Master Data Management solutions for enterprise data domains including Customer, Contact, Product, Supplier, and Telemetry data across Salesforce CRM and SAP systems.

Experience Required
4+ years in Master Data Management with hands-on Profisee platform experience (MDM).

Must Have Skills
Profisee MDM Platform: Configuration, solution development & administration
Data Modeling: Master data model design and entity relationship management
Data Integration: ETL/API integration with Salesforce CRM and SAP systems
SQL & Database: Strong SQL skills and database management experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design and configure Profisee MDM solutions for multiple data domains
Integrate master data from and to Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP systems
Implement data quality rules, matching algorithms, De-dup and survivorship and golden record creation
Lead MDM implementation projects and collaborate with business stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams.

Nice to Have Skills
Data Quality: Data profiling, cleansing, matching, and survivorship rules
Data Governance: Stewardship workflows, approval processes, and audit trails
Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud experience
Business Intelligence: Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Programming: Python, C#, or JavaScript for custom development
Industry Experience: Manufacturing, utilities, or industrial sectors
Certifications: Profisee MDM certification or related data management credentials
Agile Methodology: Experience with Scrum/Kanban project delivery.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
