Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for developing and managing the performance measurement and reporting framework, while driving process standardization and technology-led automation initiatives. It focuses on enhancing standardization and operational efficiency, creating unified BI dashboards and reporting tools, monitoring productivity and cost metrics, and leading continuous improvement (CI) initiatives within the Transport business. The role ensures the effective use of technology, analytics, and process excellence to improve productivity, strengthen operational efficiency, and enhance overall visibility
Key Responsibilities:
Drive projects in order to drive Tech and Automation projects for standardization
Drive initiatives for standard BI Dashboards for performance measurement and reporting tools
Drive projects to improve functioning of TMS to improve operations process
Drive standardization to implement Tech Solutions & Automation initiatives
Drive CI initiatives
High focus on ensuring seamless visibility for internal stakeholders and customers thru system
Collect and transform operational data into reports & dashboards for business intelligence and performance management
Ensure standard dashboards and systems are built to report KPIs
Reporting on of standardized KPIs
Leverage transport management systems (TMS) and optimization tools for planning.
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Drive Ininitiaves for adopting right network design and capacity management
Develop contingency capacity plans for managing peak seasons and volume fluctuations
Collaborate with Network Ops Team to drive initiatives for TAT improvement
Setup and integrate customer into CCT operations including systems deployment and KPI tracking.
Plan and manage activities including CCT tours for existing and potential customers
Standardized scripts and process demos to “show case” CCT during customer tours
Liaise with internal stake holders e.g. Network Operation Team, Account Management Team.
Proactively work on adapting the best practices of Transport Distribution and implement in operations to achieve service excellence and consistency
Standard BI Dashboard for KPI reporting & performance measurement
Manage the planning, control, status reporting, stability and Tech project delivery
Develop detailed BRD plans, schedules, trainings, to maintain customer satisfaction
Focus on ensuring delivery, process improvement, change implementation.
Develop Standard Dashboard & template for Reporting & performance measurement
Tracking business volume, cube usage, unit cost and productivity
Closely monitor business volume and capacity utilization for achieving operational efficiencies
Drive Tech project, designing and development initiative
Closely work with network Ops team for serviceability enhancement
Explore opportunity for TAT improvement by adapting the right routing and optimization tool.
Drive CI initiatives for process & cost improvement
Develop process for Vendor Reverse billing using TMS system
Develop and implement training module for network operations team
Setup process for Revenue Billing of network customers using TMS System
Setup process for Cost accruals & cost allocations
Process for tracking vendor bill submission and cost allocation at activity level.
Setup process for vendor bills audit as per the agreement / LOI.
