Job Title Program Manager Job Description Program Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and manage complex, cross functional programs within our MR business operations. This role is pivotal in driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software programs leveraging AI and automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing large-scale programs in a healthcare or regulated industry and a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders to achieve transformative outcomes. Your Role: Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact AI and automation programs across multiple functions in the MR R&D SW Organization Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success criteria. Planning & Coordination: Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones while proactively identifying risks and dependencies. Tracking & Reporting: Establish and drive program governance, status reporting, and dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability at all levels. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison across technology and business functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, leveraging agile and hybrid methodologies to optimize delivery. Compliance & Quality: Ensure that all programs adhere to healthcare regulatory standards, security policies, and quality requirements. You are the right fit: A Bachelor’s/Masters’s degree in Engineering or related field. 7+ years of experience managing complex development projects, ideally in the medical device or regulated high‑tech domain. Experience in leading a project in Advanced Development Phase and commercializing via PDLM/NPI Programs Strong technical affinity and curiosity - able to engage deeply with engineering challenges and ask the right questions. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in hardware, software, systems, or clinical‑technical environments. Knowledge of FDA Design Controls and hands‑on Lean experience. Mature leadership: anticipating risks, navigating ambiguity, driving structure, and elevating team performance. A proactive, energizing mindset that helps re‑accelerate and inspire cross‑functional teams. How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is an office-based role.
